We decided to rent canoes and spend some time out on the river. It was a little crowded, but the weather was perfect and it was fun to do something that the girls had never tried before.
We couldn't all fit into one canoe so Kylie decided to go with Martin and Christine and I enjoyed some time with Sadie.
I even let Sadie paddle for awhile.
She did drop the paddle a couple of times, but luckily no one fell out of the boat trying to save it. I think Christine got a workout since Sadie and I weren't much help.

Towards the end of the adventure Martin decided it would be fun to stand up in his boat. I heard Kylie yelling and looked behind us as Kylie is also standing up in her boat. My jaw dropped, but then I decided that it probably wasn't such a big deal. The worst that could happen was that she would fall out and get wet. She was definitely having a great time, and no one fell out.
